We recommend a 10’x10’ space for our cart, cooler, and equipment to fit comfortably. And don’t worry about water, we have our own!

If you’d like to book us without power, just let us know in the details of your quote submission! In this case, we can still provide our cart with either a batch of iced cold brew or a batch of hot brewed coffee or both! This allows us to still make the same drinks, just without the need for power on site.

Otherwise…

Indoor Events: We require a 20-Amp circuit dedicated just to our cart (that means nothing else can be plugged in).

Outdoor Events: Either a dedicated 20-Amp circuit or for an additional fee we can bring a generator to your event.

Our coffee cart comes with both Whole and Oat Milk.

Decaf coffee is an option that can be requested for an additional fee.

Ascend Coffee proudly serves all of North Carolina, but our home-base is the Hendersonville/Asheville area.

If you have interest in an event outside of NC please reach out to us. With enough time in advance we may be able to work something out!

Our service includes two baristas, full service from our coffee cart, Espresso based drinks such as Lattes and Americanos, our homemade gourmet hot chocolate, chai lattes, and occasionally seasonal special drinks.

All of our syrups are hand made.

A vat of cold brew, drip coffee, or decaf options can be purchased for an additional fee.

Start by filling out a quote form on our website. Shortly after, we will reach out to you to follow up any additional questions or concerns before sending you an invoice. We do require a 50% non-refundable deposit that CAN be used to reschedule your event for a future date if your event does need to be cancelled. This 50% deposit helps us prepare for your event, especially if a generator needs to be worked out or a large batch of decaf or cold brew needs to be purchased and prepared ahead of time.
